Welcome to Alsina Prints. By purchasing from our store, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  • Alsina Prints operates as an online store offering custom, print-on-demand products fulfilled by our production partner, Printful.

  • Each item is made to order, which means products are created specifically for you after purchase.

  • We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time.

2. Products and Orders

  • All products are custom-made and printed on demand.

  • Please review product descriptions, sizes, and details carefully before placing your order.

  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled, as production starts immediately.

3. Shipping

  • Orders are processed and fulfilled by Printful and shipped directly to you.

  • Shipping times vary depending on location and demand, but most orders are fulfilled within 2–7 business days and delivered within the estimated time provided at checkout.

  • Alsina Prints is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers or customs.

4. Returns and Refunds

  • Because all items are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges for wrong size, color, or change of mind.

  • Refunds or replacements are only issued if:

    • The product arrives damaged

    • There is a printing error

    • The order is lost in transit

  • To request a replacement or refund, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photo evidence of the issue.

5. Payments

  • All payments are securely processed through Shopify’s payment system.

  • Prices are listed in USD and may be subject to taxes depending on your location.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All designs featured on Alsina Prints are the property of Alsina Prints and may not be reproduced or resold.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Alsina Prints is not responsible for delays, errors, or damages caused by third-party services such as Printful or shipping carriers.

  • In no event shall Alsina Prints be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
